The current post system in colleges is a very manual process. The student must know when a parcel is expected and continuously check a board to find out if it has arrived.
Our new postal system will notify the students via email (and potentially) text once a college porter has marked the package as arrived.
How does it improve the student experience?
This creates a better way for students to be notified about parcels that are waiting to be collected.
